Use of AnotherNet IRC is provided subject to the following:

1. AnotherNet Chat may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any information, data, or material in violation of any US Federal or state regulation or law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnotherNet from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party or parties.

2. While AnotherNet's policy outlines what is and isn't allowed, AnotherNet cannot always exercise control over the content of the information passing through its networks.

3. AnotherNet makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. AnotherNet also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AnotherNet will not be responsible for any damages you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions, or due to inadvertent release or disclosure of information sent by you.

4. Use of any information obtained via AnotherNet is at your own risk. AnotherNet specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

5. Abuse of AnotherNet IRC will result in a ban from the network. Abuse is defined as, but not limited to harassment of AnotherNet IRC subscribers, willfully disrupting public chat events and services, and failure to comply with reasonable requests from AnotherNet Operators as defined by AnotherNet Administration.

6. AnotherNet allows users access to the Network. You may not deliberately keep a connection open to the network if it is not actually in use by the account holder (i.e. "bots" are not allowed) unless permission (accompanied with a registration tracking number) is granted by AnotherNet Administration.

7. AnotherNet has the right to suspend service to you at any time, and for any reason, with or without prior notice.

8. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. AnotherNet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9. Use of AnotherNet IRC constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
